Notes

Shimizu's silent two-part work, scripted with Kōgo Noda — this the first half. The image moves between Western suit and kimono, the open sky of a Tokyo park and the train window through which Mt. Fuji passes. A very young Hideko Takamine appears, smiling, before the rest of her century unfolds.
